Mobile Nail Trim:We come to your home. We will trim up to three Pets (dog, cat or rabbit). additional pet add $15.

If we are not able to trim your pets nails and we refer them to your vet we will not charge you. We will charge you for the remaining nail trims done

For All Pet Sitting Services: we ask that you write detailed instructions for the care of your pets and home.

Including any medication/shots/Sub-Q/bandage change - how much is given, how often, how your pet reacts to this medication, how do you give a pill medication? pill pocket, crushed, peanut butter, hot dog, dog or cat treat. Any health issues and safety issues your pet may have.

Has your pet ever bitten anyone? Does your pet get along with the other pets in your home? If not, how do you handle it?

Is your pet an escape artist? What is your pets favorite hiding spot? We need to know this too.

If you have large animals, leave name's and phone numbers of friends and or family that really know your large animal.

Large Animals - Make arrangements for transportation in case of emergency.

Notify your vet of your vacation dates/A - Z Critter Care will be caring for your pets during this time. Have a credit card on file. If your, pet has been to an emergency vet let your sitter know. They can use as a back up.

Large Animals - Make arrangements for a mobile vet if possible.

In case your pet passes away during your absents - arrangements for your pet.

Will anyone be coming to your home while you are away? gardener, maid, pool guy, any packages, pest control, friend or family member.

Notify your neighbors of your vacation. Let them know you will be having a pet sitter care for your home and pets. (nothing like a neighbor to call the police on your pet sitter)

We will need 2 sets of keys. If you wish not to have A - Z Critter Care hold your keys, we do charge $15 to pick your key up and drop your key off. Our clients like the convenience of having A- Z Critter Care holding their keys, one less step to do before they leave.

Updated shot records (in case we have to take your pet to the vet and yours is not available)

Plants to be watered inside and out? How often, how much?

Make arrangements in case of death for yourself. Will you be needing pet care during the duration of arrangements and processing your property? Would someone be staying in your home with your pets? Just some things to think about. You should have a living trust made for yourself and pets.

Do you have a First Aid kit for you and your pet? If so, let your sitter know of it's location.

Make sure you inform your pet sitter of what cleaning products to use when your pet has an accident and it's location.

If your pet supplies: food, cat litter etc, are not in plain site to your pet sitter he/she will assume you have ran out. They will go shopping for your supplies needed. You will be billed for supplies and $20 travel time. Also, If your pet is taking medication make sure you have enough for your pet sitter during your vacation.

Inform your sitter of water, gas and electric shut off places. Breaker switch and sprinkler shut off.

Trash day pick up, mail box location - if key needed leave key on counter, paper pick up. We place all mail and newspapers, neatly on your counter, unless you tell us otherwise.

If you use an alarm, make sure your sitter is left with the number to call the alarm company if the alarm may go off.

Poop Scooping - If you have not pooped scooped in a long time (back yard and or litter box) you will be billed for your pet sitters time to clean up at $35 an hour.

Please inform your pet sitter of the location:bags for for waste to clean litter box, house trash can, vacuum, broom, dust pan and any other cleaning tool that maybe used.

Please inform your pet sitter what rooms in your home that are off limits. We respect your home. If there is a part of your home you wish your animals or pet sitter not to go in let us know.

Overnight Care: Inform your pet sitter were they may sleep, what they are welcome to use or not use. If they are welcome to eat your food or they need to bring there own. Are they allowed to use your computer or bring there own. Location of washer and dryer if they may need to us it.

Pet Sitting (Days, Afternoons, Evenings, Overnights, 24 Hour, VIP visits)

Overnights include feeding and playing with your pets, bringing in the mail and newspaper, taking garbage to curb, watering plants, dog walk, scooping litter box daily, and of course, spending the night in your home with your pets. The love is free of charge. You will need to give us 4 to 6 weeks notice of your reservation. If you are a new client you will need to set up a free consultation to make sure we are a match for your needs.

12 Hours (7pm to 7am) $85 per night - add a mid day visit $95 per night
15 Hours (6pm to 9am) $100 per night
24 Hours (any 24 Hour period) $200 Add VIP service $275 per 24 Hours (VIP Overnight Service - Errand Service, Grocery Shopping, Post Office, Pick up dry cleaning, light house cleaning, drop off/pick up from groomer) Each VIP service is different, let us know what we can do for your at your fee consultation.

: Holiday Fee $10 per visit - Memorial Day 4 - day weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday - July 4th - Labor Day - Thanksgiving 4 day weekend, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Christmas Eve to New Year's Day week from 12/24 to 1/1.

Rate may change due to your location, amount of pets, time to care for your pets and your home

Pet Sitting Visits:

Visits include feeding, playing, dog walk, bringing in mail and newspaper, scooping litter box, pick up poop in the yard, taking trash cans to curb, and watering a small number of plants inside/outside if needed. We have play time, give medications, vitamins, and other special treatment (as needed) with lots of tender loving "one-on-one" care. We will also get medical treatment in case of illness. $25 to $35 per daily visit (prices varies - depending on the amount of time it takes to care for your pets and home) Dog Walking: Give your dog the gift of a private one-on-one outing with us while you are at work so you come home to one happy and content doggy. What is the saying? When doggy is happy, everyone is happy. We would love to discuss how we can help with your dog's unique needs. Please note: we only walk a maximum of 3 dogs per walk. Dogs must be leashed trained.

             Note: Cats should have one box per cat. You should have refill litter. We will be more than happy to pick your type of litter up for your. A-Z Critter Care will bill you for the litter also for the travel time of $20.

Pet Taxi: Our Pet Taxi service is great for the handicapped and for the busy working schedule. We will pick up and drop off. Drop off at the Vet or the groomers. Pick up from the Vet or the Groomers and return home.

Some rates may be higher if you require an extensive amount of watering for indoor/outdoor plants or other special circumstances that your pet or home requires. Rates may be lower for clients traveling for an extended period of time. Since each human, pet and home is unique, we ask that you call us at the A-Z Critter Care office so that we may speak directly to you about special care needs.
